Shell and Tube Units

Shell and tube units consist of an outside shell in which tubes are inserted. The cavities between the shell and tube are sealed from each other and the outside. One fluid flows through the tubes and another through the shell. The tubes transfer the heat from hot to cold as the two liquids pass throught the heat exchanger
